Privacy Policy

TODO before public launch: Replace this stub with a full Privacy Policy that complies with the Australian Privacy Principles. In particular it MUST disclose:

• Capture of IP address and User-Agent on every chat session and admin login (APP 5 — notification of collection).
• Storage location and retention period for conversation transcripts and lead data (APP 11 — security of personal information).
• How users access, correct, or delete their data (APP 12 / APP 13).
• That conversations are sent to Anthropic (USA) under Zero Data Retention for processing.
• Third parties: Discord (webhook notifications), email handlers.

For now: we capture chat session IP/UA for security and abuse-prevention purposes, and lead-form submissions for follow-up. We do not sell data. Email info@absconsulting.au for any access or deletion requests.
